Certificates
All products undergo non-destructive examination during sampling and manufacturing processes, like PT inspection, magnetic particle inspection. Ultrasonic inspection, and X-ray examination can also be implemented upon requests in case of internal defect, fracture to ensure strong integrity.
Quality Control
The spectrometer is used to inspect material composition for both raw material and product, where each composition must fit strictly within the required percentage. Simulations are first run to ensure the success of the outcome prior to pouring.
