ZAP-2008 Type Medium Speed linking Machine

Based on years experience,we eveloped a new type of linking machine t:ZAP-2008 type,which can better fit for the requirements and operations of the manufacturing enterprises.Its action speed is accelerated gradually after starting,and the motor rotation rate of film,air squeezing,onboard pump,binding system can be increased gradually;the sealing current can be automatically tracked and adjusted.This new machine can alleviate the labor intensity and the waste resulted from unskilled operation.The design speed of ZAP-2008 type is 180 pcs/min and the speed can be up to 200 pcs/min.

ZAP-3000 high-speed linking machine is able to produce 240 hamsper minute，ranging from lux ham，chicken ham，fish ham，soybean protein ham to Viennese sausage。It features high speed，high-performance，easy-to-operate，labor-saving，power-saving and low cost。Especially，it can be operated more conveniently than some existing similar equipments。It mainly consists of linking machine，in-line pump，surface pump，peeling machine and casing machine which all adopt frequency control and digital display technologies。We employ a CIJ printer to print the production date and weight of our sausages。It can be installed two sets of casing at a time and its aluminum wire is of pneumatic extrusion，so it can be driven flexibly and easy to operate。All our electric appliances use worldwide known programmable controllers。
