• Do you have any certification for the products you are doing now?-tt-
  A: We have professional test instruments for our products’ test (SGS, BV, REACH, California 65, 6P free testing and so on.) In addition, when we finish produce fabric under your requests, we could sending the samples to you for testing before shipment. A2:We do BSCI and SMETA 4P Audit inspection every year.
• How about the delivery time?-tt-
  A: Normally we can arrange to make delivery within 25-35days, that also depends on the order quantity.
• How about the price?-tt-
  According to different design and printing, price range usually from USD0.18 to USD19.00/PC
• How about the samples?-tt-
  A: We offer free sample if it is ready product, but you need to pay the postage. We will choose the most favorable express (DHL, TNT, UPS, China Express, etc.). A2: If the samples are custom-made, sample charge is USD50.00-USD200.00/design The sample time: within 3-15days.
• Can we print our logo?-tt-
  A: Yes, no problem. We can use silk screen print, heat transfer print or roller machine to print your own logo.
• How about the fabric color?-tt-
  A: Technically, we could do any color you want. Red, yellow, blue, pink, is the common color for our products. A2: Moreover, Pantone colors can be chosen if quantity reach MOQ.

• What is your warranty? -tt-
  We grantee our customers a twelve-month-period warranty from the date of delivery for machines from our factory. During the warranty period, in case any defect of material or workmanship occurred with spare parts in normal operation, we will at our discretion replace or repair the defective parts freely.
