1.Measure the length of creasing matrix needed
2.With special creasing matrix cutter, mitre cut creasing matrix according to the length needed.
3.Fasten the prepared creasing matrix on the creasing rules of the die cutting plate with locating plastic strip of the creasing matrix.
4.Take off the protection gum paste on the bottom of creasing matrix.
5.Adjust the pressure of die cutting machine and install the die cutting plate, then turn on the die cutting machine one time. The creasing matrix will be fixed on the bottom steel plate.
6. Take off location adhesive stip.
7.Finally, pat the creasing matrix using gum hammer, in order to make the pasting firm, or paste with brute-might glue if any. Turn on the die cutting machine. It can work.
