This automatic die cutting and creasing machine with stripping station is pivotal equipment,which is designed for die cutting,creasing and cold embossing paper products such as paper cassettes,box board containers,paper trademarks,etc.,Unique drive gears are adopted such as high-precision indexing mechanism, pneumatic closed up, pneumatic clutch, overpower protection,electric compression relief,etc., to ensure stable and high speed running of the machine.This machine is equipped with practical and reliable mechanisms such as pre-stack device,secondary feeding device,speed change paper feeding mechanism,automatic secondary delivery mechanism,pneumatic sampling, automatic timing lubricating device,cooling facility for oil,etc.,which ensure the excellent performance of the machine.a Eletrical components and driving elements of international famous brands are adopted to ensure die cutting precision and reliability of running.PLC and electronic cam monitor and display the electric control system, which is convenient for fault diagnosis.Man-machine interface monitors machine state displaying running instructions,trouble location,troubleshooting to fully actualize man-machine communication.Industry refrigerator of electrical cabinet ensure that electric components work stably at uniform temperature.

Delivery part:
Delivery part with side even and back even devices ensures that paper delivered orderly.
Extension hairbrush mechanism can stabilize the delivered sheets.
The automatic secondary delivery mechanism speeds up the efficiency of work by non-stop delivery.
Non-stop sampling mechanism can actualize the inspection of die cutting sheets at any time.

Secondary stripping part:
Stripping device of front edges, which is a patent design, can strip the waste of front edges.

Feeding part:
Feeding device is designed for feeding all kinds of sheet with high speed.
Secondary feeding mechanism can actualize non- stop constant feeding.
Reliable separating device and four to eight suckers ensure better applicability of feeding.
Convenience for adjustment of pressure reed and hairbrush ensures the reliable sheet separating and smooth feeding.

Conveying part:
Conveying is stable, locating is accurate and paper location is adjustable during the course of running.
Side lay locating device of excellent performance ensures accurate location.
Side lay detection device adopts light-ray control to ensure accurate detection.
Reduction gears when paper is into place reduce the rebound force when being conveyed fast, which ensure accurate location of thin paper at high speed.

Die cutting and creasing part:
Precise drive gears and servomechanism ensure the stable performance with high die cutting speed.
When overpower occurs, overpower protection mechanism deflects driving mechanism and driven mechanism.
Pneumatic closed up mechanism makes the operation of change of plate easier and closed up stable.
Adjustable die cutting plate frame makes lockup more convenient.
High hardness die cutting steel plates are adopted to make themselves more durable, and 5+2mm separated die cutting steel plates are convenient for storage.

Stripping part:
The stripping stand can be pulled out, which makes the installation of stripping plate easier.
Up frame, middle frame and down frame are adopted in stripping mechanism.
There are two stripping modes including needle mode and plate mode to be selected according to die cutting works.
Operation of change of plate is convenient, location is accurate and running is smooth.
Convenient operation and high automaticity reduce the labor intensity.
